[RESULTS] Creek To Creek SUP Race (Australia)

Check out the results from the 2012 Creek To Creek SUP Race, held Sunday 20th May on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Recent Waikiki Paddle Festival finalist Paul Jackson took out the overall victory on a 12’6″, with Dylan Magee 2nd and Beau O’Brian 3rd in the stock class.

Andy Davies took out the 14′ division and Matt Carter was the fastest Unlimited.

On the women’s side, Angie Jackson won the 12’6″ class and Alison Fullagar took out the 14′.

The “Creek To Creek” SUP Race

The Creek To Creek SUP Race is happening this Sunday on the Gold Coast, Australia.

This is the backyard of many of Stand Up Paddling’s fastest racers, which should give this event a super high standard.

Five of the Final 8 Men (Travis Grant, Jamie Mitchell, Jake Jensen, Kelly Margetts and Paul Jackson) and one of the Final 5 Women (Angie Jackson) from the Waikiki Paddle Festival’s Survivor Race all train in Currumbin Creek, which is where the Creek To Creek starts.
